All tracks we receive from the now playing information will be matched to tracks that are already in the database. This way we avoid duplicate tracks and create a reliable database. For every new track in our database we find a matching album cover, artist information and links to the track on Youtube, Spotify and iTunes. Since this is an automated system, the links and album covers that are being added to the songs don't always match as good as we'd like.

That is why you can edit these yourself by going to 'Settings' - 'Songs' in the manage panel. Here you can upload a new album cover and change the Youtube link for the track. The title and artist of the track can't be changed in our system because we trust the data you send us with the nowplaying information.

If there are errors in the title or artistname, please correct these in your playout software. If you are unhappy about the album covers we add to the played tracks, you can send your own album covers by default by using the API to submit playing tracks to our databases.
